China, the United States, Hong Kong and Singapore are not IBAN countries in the SWIFT IBAN Registry / ISO 13616 extract used here. This site does not invent IBAN formats for them. Use the SWIFT routing records for those corridors.

China is not an IBAN country. Source: SWIFT IBAN Registry / ISO 13616. This page never invents an IBAN for CN.
US · United States
The United States has no IBAN and uses ABA routing numbers for domestic rails (well-known ISO / US banking fact; US is absent from this site's IBAN extract).
HK · Hong Kong
Hong Kong is not an IBAN country in the SWIFT IBAN Registry / ISO 13616 extract used here. This page does not invent an IBAN.
SG · Singapore

What is an IBAN?
IBAN is the ISO 13616 international bank account number. This site lists 78 IBAN countries from its SWIFT IBAN Registry extract. Pages are routing/corridor records, not a how-to for sending money.
